Localization - hotel charm, very near to Lincol Road

The location close to Lincon Road main pedestrian road

Air conditioning very noisy and impossible to manage it. My room was at the third and last floor but very close to an external Air Conditioning Unit, and it was, believe me, very noisy.

Luxurious accommodation with incredibly helpful staff members upon our early check-out. Very nice boutique building and rooms with a view. Fantastic and stunning location next to the beach. The restaurant was good, for both breakfast as well as meeting up for drinks.

Cool and trendy feel. Great Individual interior designs.

Music a bit too loud at the pool.

We had to rooms: both were without any view, totally facing the next hotel. On of the two had the air conditioning of the other hotel at two meter and the noise was totally unacceptable .

Court could be loud at night .

Staff need serious customer service training, security should monitor access to pool area!!!

We were there due to a family emergency and needed a hotel near the hospital. Due to the time of year, there were few options and we feel that this hotel, as seemed the case with many others, inflated the price. $600 per night for a small room was way too high. We travel a great deal for pleasure and often stay in high-end hotels for prices that are less than this. Felt ripped off.

The service was probably the best I have ever received. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and not pretentious. It had a very laid back casual feel about it but yet was a very nice resort. We will definitely stay there again.

Strongly recommend for a brief pause

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to the beach just steps away and a good garden filled with lush greenery. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.

Limited amenities and some staff issues during peak times.

Staff was courteous & helpful.

Housekeeping was severely lacking. Obvious dirty bed linens were not changed unless requested. Obvious empty toilet paper roll (& no extra) was not filled unless requested. Small rooms, bug bites that caused itching, broken thermostat which caused AC to run refrigerator temperature & no way to turn on heat.
